Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, on October 4, 2012, the Defendant operated a DEX car not covered by mandatory insurance in the vicinity of the shooting distance of the gas station located in the Dong-gu, Ansan-si. Around October 19:14, 2012.
