Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who works in the “C” located in Busan-gu as a public labor position.

1. On May 20, 2018, the Defendant invadedd the structure of the victim by entering the “F factory” managed by the victim E located in Busan Sho-gu, Busan, through the open entrance, for the purpose of theft of things.

2. The Defendant: (a) stolen a 11 set of “Syren Cret knife (mix blades with implied materials)” amounting to KRW 5,500,000,000 at the market price left by the victim E at the time and place under paragraph (1) by carrying the thief on his bicycle.
