A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at the Changwon District Court on October 16, 2009, issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act; on May 23, 201, a fine of KRW 2.5 million for the same crime in the same court; on August 24, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of KRW 4 months for the same crime in Busan District Court.

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a B rocketing car;

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the Road Traffic Act (Driving without a license) were driven by the Defendant at a 1km section of approximately 1km from the front of the k apartment in front of the knive apartment in the Kimhae-si at the same time to the front of the knife six apartment in the same tri-dong, without a driver’s license, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.198% of the blood alcohol concentration without a driver’s license.
