Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On July 6, 2017, at around 20:0, the Defendant driven B Poter in the influence of alcohol level of about 0.272% during blood alcohol level at approximately five kilometers from the front Do of the Jincheon-gun apartment, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, 11-gil, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-do to the front road of about 118-6, the Defendant driven B Poter in the influence of alcohol level of around five kilometers.
