Punishment of the crime

On May 4, 2016, the Defendant driven B LV car under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.065% from the 4km section of blood alcohol to the front road of about 27 mix Gong-ju apartment, iron 830, the length from the front side of the Maart-dong, Et-dong, Et-dong, at the time of light lighting around 06:43 to the front side of the 27 mix 830.
