Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A Incorporated Agricultural Company B is a corporation with the purpose of health assistive food business, etc., and Defendant A is the representative director of the said corporation.

1. No person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof of a defendant A after cooking shall put a false country of origin labeling or put a mark likely to cause confusion as to such products;

A. The Defendant falsely indicating the origin of “C” from March 19, 2015 to the same year.

5. From the day of September, 19, 12.96 g of the Republic of Korea, China, and 10.8 g of China, China, China, and 60 ml of 144 ml of "C" were manufactured, approximately 144 ml of which materials were 1,920,000 won (48,00 won per gambling) selling 40 ml of 1,920,00 won (48,00 won) to the Republic of Korea and stored for sale of the remaining 84 mml.
