A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

(e).

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who takes over an automobile registered in violation of the Automobile Management Act shall apply for the registration of transfer of ownership to the competent authority within fifteen days from the date of purchase;

On February 2, 2014, the Defendant received the CP wing-wing car from an influor of his name, and did not file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership of the said car under the name of the Defendant within 15 days without justifiable grounds, even when the Defendant received 1.6 million won from an influor of name.

2. On March 13, 2014, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) and operated the said Scpeing car at a section of about 5 km from the Defendant’s studio front of the studio in Busan Metropolitan City, to the front day of the same studio in the new studle of the city in the same time frame, without obtaining a driving license, on March 13, 2014.

Despite the fact that a vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is not operated on a road, the Defendant operated a straw wing car, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph (2), about 5 km.

4. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (UP) and the Road Traffic Act (UP) are those engaged in driving a wing car.

The defendant, without obtaining a temporary driver's license as stated in Paragraph 2, was driving the above car and driving it in front of the modern Lao Bank oil station at the pressure level at the time of the longitude in the direction of the Heak Elementary School in the direction of the Heak River.
