Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who takes over a registered motor vehicle shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle with the Mayor/Do Governor within 15 days.

Nevertheless, even if the defendant acquired a DNA car registered in the name of C in the name of payment in kind from B at a non-permanent place around April 2014, the defendant did not apply for the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the defendant within 15 days.
