A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. 폭행 피고인은 2019. 6. 8.경 경남 진주시 B에 있는 C종교단체 소속 D사 지하 공양실에서, 피해자 E(여, 43세)로부터 방문한 이유에 대하여 질문을 받자 화가 나 피해자에게 “썅년아, 미친년아” 라고 욕설을 하면서 손을 들어 피해자의 얼굴을 때리려 하고, 피해자의 얼굴에 1회 침을 뱉어 피해자를 폭행하였다.
