1. The Defendant is on the line that connects the Plaintiff with the points indicated in the attached Table 1 and 2, among the 330 square meters of land for miscellaneous land in Tong-gu.

According to Gap evidence Nos. 1, 3, and 7 as to the cause of the claim, the appraisal commission to the Korea Land Information Corporation of this court, and the purport of the entire pleadings, the plaintiff concluded a loan agreement with the Korea Asset Management Corporation of the Republic of Korea on May 17, 2018 on the land indicated in the order (hereinafter "land in this case") with the lender's entrusted institution as at KRW 645,150 per annum from May 23, 2018 to May 22, 2023, and the fact that the steel pipe, pole, and its material installed by the defendant is located on the line connected with the points Nos. 1, 2 as indicated in the separate sheet Nos. 1, 3, and 7 among the land in this case. The defendant is obligated to remove the iron sheet, pipe, tape, and its material located on the line connected with the point No. 1, 2.

In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
