Criminal facts

The facts constituting the cause of the attachment order [criminal fact] Defendant and the person to whom the attachment order was requested (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant”) are the victim D (V, 69 years of age) on the first floor underground from July 201 to October 201, 201, the victim D (V, 69 years of age) of Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, as the assistant pastor of the Edys Association.

While the Defendant was working as a father in the above church, the Defendant lent KRW 50 million to the victim for repair expenses of the above church and the purchase expenses of vehicles, but the victim dismissed the Defendant from the fatherhouse, and later, the Defendant pretended that he continued to operate the above church while not operating the church but did not properly receive money from the victim even though he was unable to receive money from the victim despite his aggravation of urology, and the Defendant was willing to kill the victim when he confirmed that the victim was living unclaimedly without paying his debt even though he was able to receive money from the victim.

At around 14:08 on November 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) entered the said church with the victim having the same 4-5 persons; (b) entered the warehouse located on the side of the entrance of the said church; and (c) waits for until the said believers move back to the said church; (d) took the sound of the said church at around 18:10 on the same day, he saw the victim’s head and head from the said warehouse up to the scene where the victim is suffering from the said warehouse; and (b) took the said warehouse to the scene where the victim is suffering from the said warehouse, and kills the victim to die due to two parts, etc.
