Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 1, 2015, the Defendant, at around 14:00, abused with the victim E (the age of 61) in the office of "D" located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, with the victim E (the age of 61) in relation to the shooting progress, and assaulted the victim's left face one time due to his drinking.
