1. The judgment of the court of first instance is modified as follows.
38,876 square meters among 40,066 square meters of forest land B in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, 1/37.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On April 18, 1940, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on April 18, 1940 with respect to the forest No. 40,066 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, for sale on January 30, 1940. C. On April 24, 1977, the Plaintiff’s father, who died on April 24, 197 and is designated as the wife, C, D (Marriage of Feb. 10, 1968), E and B, I, J (Marriage of Dec. 28, 197), and K jointly inherited the property of C, i.e., the Plaintiff’s father and children on the joint signature sheet of the forest land specified in the joint signature sheet.
AT’s wife died on June 15, 2001 and succeeded to the property of L, C, D, E, B, Plaintiff, Selection, I, J, and K, who are their children, and the Plaintiff’s sentence BB died on February 1, 201 and died on February 1, 201.
