1. Basic facts

A. The parties concerned 1) The Plaintiff’s president of the Korea National Election Commission (hereinafter “National Election Commission 48th National Election Commission”) for the 48th General Students’ Election of D University Natural Science Campus (hereinafter “National Election Commission”)

B. On December 7, 2015, the National Election Commission of the 48th National Election Commission publicly announced the cancellation of the election of the 48th General Students' Association of the Republic of Korea through the Internet community in the school, that the election of E was revoked by cumulative warning of violation of F's regulations on election implementation.

C. On December 8, 2015, at around 15:19, 15:19, the following articles were posted in the name of the Defendant to the “G”, which is the Account for the Total Students Association of D University (hereinafter “G”).
