Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall allow any person to repeatedly reach another person in the form of code, language, sound, image, or picture that arouses fear or apprehension through an information and communications network.

Nevertheless, on August 22, 2019, at a place where the Defendant’s mobile phone (B) cannot be known on August 22, 2019, the Defendant repeatedly sent the victim C a text message stating “the fluor is not a fluor, but a fluor, in which the fluor would be cut off to the same fluor company.” From 18:33 on the same day to 20:4 times on August 24, 2019, the Defendant repeatedly sent the victim a text message stating “the fluor in which the fluor would be cut off to the same fluor company.”

2. 또 한 피고인은 2020. 1. 23. 20:19 경 알 수 없는 장소에서 피고인의 휴대전화 (B )를 이용하여 피해자 C에게 ‘ 본가에 니 아버지가 어떤 사람인지 궁금하다 나 만큼이나 똘 아이 인지도 확인 해봐야 겠으니까 얼른 와라’ 라는 문자 메시지를 전송한 것을 비롯하여, 같은 날 18:01 경부터 2020. 1. 26. 20:36 경까지 총 216회에 걸쳐 별지 범죄 일람표 (2) 기 재와 같이 피해자로 하여금 공포심이나 불안감을 갖게 하는 문언을 정보통신망을 통하여 반복적으로 피해자에게 도달하게 하였다.
