Punishment of the crime

On September 15, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor and six months for fraud at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on September 15, 2017, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 23, 2017.

피고인은 2017. 2. 16. 취업 목적으로 대한민국에 입국한 중국 국적의 조선족으로, 중국 현지에서 조건만 남 알선 사이트를 개설하여 이에 접속한 사람들을 상대로 한 사기 범행을 기획, 총괄하는 성명 불상( 위 쳇 아이디 ‘C’) 의 중국 총책의 지휘 하에, 국내에서 통장 모집 책 등을 하고 있는 성 불상 ‘D’, 성불상 ‘E ’로부터 넘겨 받은 체크카드 등을 이용하여 위 ‘C’ 이 보낸 위 쳇 메신저 지시에 따라 조건만 남 등의 방법으로 송금 받은 피해 금원의 인출 책 역할을 하고 있던 동생 F이 당뇨병으로 인하여 중국으로 귀국하게 됨에 따라 F로부터 F이 중국 총책으로부터 지시를 받을 때 사용하였던 휴대전화를 넘겨받고, 성명 불상의 중국 총책 및 조직원들과 함께 위 중국 총책이 개설한 조건만 남 알선 사이트 ‘G ’에 접속한 불특정 다수인을 상대로 쪽지 및 전화 등을 통해 조건만 남을 해 줄 것처럼 기망하여 대포 통장을 통해 금원을 편 취한 후 분배하기로 순차 공모하였다.
