Defendants jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff KRW 216,824,160, and Defendant B with respect thereto from January 16, 2019; and Defendant C with respect to the same.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. A. Around March 2017, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendants for a new construction project of KRW 1,360,000,000, which is contracted from the Defendants for KRW 1,360,000, in Seoul Central-gu D, E Urban Residential Housing (hereinafter “D Housing”) and E Housing (hereinafter “E Housing”).

On April 2017, the Plaintiff: (a) divided the first contract entered into between the Defendants and the Defendants for each of the instant housing into a single contract with each of the instant housing units; (b) entered into a contract for the new construction of D Housing with each of the instant housing units in KRW 665,60,00,000; and (c) entered into a contract for the alteration of the E-Newly
(hereinafter referred to as “each of the instant changes”). C.
On September 8, 2017, the Plaintiff concluded a contract with the Defendants to change the construction cost, construction period, payment terms, and cost-sharing subject of each of the instant modified contracts.
The "final contract of this case" is "each final contract of this case" and "the contract of this case" is "the contract of this case" as a whole.
1) The amendment to each of the above agreements is as follows.
