On September 15, 2019, around 05:00 on September 15, 2019, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim L who was divingd by drinking at K front of KJ in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si; and (b) stolen the victim’s LGV50 Handphones, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 1,200,000 in the market price of the victim’s possession, which is 1,200,000, posted on the table by the victim; and (c) stolen it by citing a slot bag of KRW 20,000,00 in the market price of the victim’s possession, including LGV50 Handphones, LG G3 Handphones, and one credit card copy.
