On May 30, 2016, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.203% during blood transfusion around 03:25, the Defendant driven approximately 100 meters from the road front of the Yong-gu, Yong-gu, Yong-gu, Chungcheongnamwon at the port of the port to the road front of the parking lot at the port of Korea.
