Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in driving C4.5 tons of cargo trucks.

On February 27, 2015, the Defendant driven the above cargo truck at around 08:30 on February 27, 2015, and operated the front road along the tri-distance intersection of the Corporation located in the Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-do, Jincheon-do, with the death and acid gate from Jincheon-do.

Since there is an intersection where a signal, etc. is installed, there was a duty of care to safely drive the driver in accordance with the signals by reducing speed and checking the right and the right of the driver.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and went to the left due to the negligence of failing to turn to the left in contravention of the signal, and received the part of the victim D (56) which was going to the Jincheon-si on the front part of the Eschton car driving by the Defendant.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, from the above occupational negligence, the victim I (V, 55 years old), a scarke, etc., and the victim F (V, 59 years old), who took advantage of the said Bosch Rexrothn car, for approximately 10-day medical treatment, the 3 strokes, etc. requiring approximately 10-day medical treatment to G (V, 34 years old), and H (V, 36 years old) for approximately 3-day medical treatment; the victim I (V, 5 years old-old); the victim I (V, scokes), each of whom requires approximately 5-day medical treatment; and the victim's scokes and scokes, etc., which require approximately 5-day medical treatment; J, 27 years old-old and 27 years old-old treatment.
