A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] The Defendant is a person who received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million from the Changwon District Court on October 25, 201 as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (driving in Drinking) at the Jinwon District Court on March 25, 201.

[Criminal facts]

1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service of the BPoter-II cargo.

On July 23, 2020, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicles around 19:10, and proceeded with the roads near the “nurgic-ri public terminal in South and North Korea,” which are located in the north-do, South and South-do, South and North Korea, to the boundary of the public terminal in the South and North Sea.
