On October 2, 2019, at around 02:50, the Defendant driven a e-learning car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 600 meters from the front road in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do to the front road in the same city.
