A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 21, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the attempted larceny in support of Sungnamwon, and two years of suspended execution, which became final and conclusive on January 27, 2015, and is still under suspended execution period.
