A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 02:08 on June 27, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol 0.114% of the blood alcohol concentration, was driving a car by d-licking a section of approximately 300 meters around the C hotel near a road located in the parking lot for a school building located in 1123-4, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, 1123-4.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the injury of the victim F (the 50-year-old driver), who is the driver of the Aburged Vehicle by occupational negligence as above, to the victim G (the 24-year-old) and the victim H (the 27-year-old) of the burged passenger by causing the injury of the burg and the tensions, such as the burgs and tensions, which require treatment for about three weeks. The Defendant did not immediately stop the burged passenger car and take necessary measures, such as providing rescue to the burged passenger I (the 28-year-old passenger) for about three weeks, while the burged passenger was damaged by the 2,093,988 won, while the burged passenger was damaged by the 2,093,98 won.
