Punishment of the crime

On December 15, 2000, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 700,000 to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on December 15, 200, there are three same criminal records in total.

On June 15, 2014, at around 21:50, the Defendant driven a B gallon in a state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.073% in a range of about 200 meters in front of the callonum point in the same Dong located in the Nam-gu Busan National University.
