The Defendant is a person driving B Costa Car.

On September 4, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.095% of blood alcohol concentration, driven the said car at a section of approximately 500 meters from the road front of the Gyeongsung University located in the Southern-gu Busan Metropolitan Government to the road front of the x-si located in the same Dong from the day before the x-si University located in the same Dong.
