1. The reasons for the court's explanation concerning this case are as follows: (a) the fact that the court has determined "a fact" under Section 5, Section 19 of the judgment of the court of first instance; and (b) the reason for the judgment of the court of first instance except for the fact that "A, No. 7, No. 8, and No. 20" are different from the evidence No. 7 to No. 9, respectively; and (c) therefore, the reasoning for the judgment of the court of first instance is identical to the part of the judgment of the court of first instance.

2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
