Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 3, 2018, the Defendant, around 21:34, 2018, performed alcohol with but only one of the neighbors reported that “I have fighting. I have fighting. I have fighting. I have soon reported.”

The victim D District E (the age of 45) who was called upon the report was asked to the Defendant “I would have been dissatisfied with D District E (the age of 45)”, and the Defendant expressed to the Defendant “I would like to go beyond the victim to stop his finger, and at the same time I would like to go beyond the victim’s hand, I would like to do so.”

As a result, the Defendant openly insultingd the victim in a state of hearing by those who drink together.
