Punishment of the crime

Defendant A and E planned to steal the gold bars of business operators importing and distributing gold bars in the Red bean together with G, and Defendant A and G conspired to act as a broker for the transportation of gold bars and Defendant E promised to divide the proceeds of crime.

E recruited Defendant D and F by introducing them to Defendant A, who is responsible for the transportation of gold bars, and Defendant F recruited H, Defendant A conspired with additional recruitment of Defendant B and C in order to commit a theft of gold bars, and Defendant D planned to commit a theft of gold bars owned by the victim by approaching the victim I through Defendant D’s seat.

On March 6, 2018, at around 11:30 on March 6, 2018, in the middle-gu Incheon International Airport No. 10, Jung-gu, Incheon International Airport No. 10 on Dong-gu, Incheon International Airport No. 10 on Dong-gu, Incheon, and Defendant B and C received 7km of gold bars equivalent to KRW 350,000,000 at the market price owned by the victim from the victim’s employees, and then, Defendant A and H stolen the dump, in a way that they replaced the dump with the humf prepared in advance.

Accordingly, in collusion with G, H, Defendants A, B, C, and H stolen the victim’s property jointly.
