Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A and Defendants B are in common knowledge and are in common, and on October 2016, there was a relationship between Defendant A and Defendant B, who had experience in performing a duty to transport the gold to Japan through the Incheon Airport Tax Exemption Zone in Hong Congo, and engaged in solicitation of transportation volume.

On November 2016, A received a proposal from Defendant B, who was parked in the vicinity of the lake Park located in the Dongdong-gu Dongdong-gu Dong-gu, Busan, Sinsan-si, and consented to the proposal from Defendant B, “I would like to get off the gold leader by approaching Japan following the Incheon Airport through the transportation of gold leader, as if the gold leader was responsible for taking over the gold leader.”
Defendant
A sent in advance from Defendant B to Defendant B in accordance with the foregoing conspiracy: (a) was aware of the face of the transport books using L, M’s passport photograph and the flight aircraft tag on November 9, 2016; (b) was boarded from the Incheon Airport to Japan on the same aircraft as the L/M’s back to the same aircraft; and (c) was on board the aircraft at the Incheon Airport on November 9, 2016, around 10:00 on the same day; and (d) C/O after Japan on the same day.

Defendant C was well aware that he would be aware of the fact that he would deceive the gold leader by deceiving A and B as above, but, from November 7, 2016 to November 9, 2016, Defendant C sent the said L, M’s passport photograph and flight aircraft tag to B, and thereby, Defendant C and B’s above fraud.
