1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 122,650,00 and the amount calculated by applying each ratio of KRW 15% per annum from April 30, 2016 to October 30, 2017 to the Defendant Yong-dong District Housing Association, Defendant Jinhodong District Housing Corporation, and KRW 6% per annum from October 16, 2007 to the date of full payment, and KRW 15% per annum from the following day to the date of full payment.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the Defendants.

3. Paragraph 1 can be provisionally executed.

The same shall apply to the order.
