1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 322,740,000 won with 6% interest per annum from May 31, 2017 to November 13, 2017, and 15% interest per annum from the next day to the day of full payment.

2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

3. Paragraph 1 can be provisionally executed.

The same shall apply to the order.

1. Indication of claim;

Around May 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a membership recruitment service contract with the Defendant. On January 23, 2017, the original and the Defendant terminated the said service contract on January 23, 2017, and the Defendant paid KRW 322,740,000 to the Plaintiff by May 30, 2017. The Plaintiff seeks payment of the sales commission according to the said agreement.
