Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Around 03:45 on January 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) carried out physical fighting in the corridor, D, E, and on the grounds that it cannot be known from the corridor of the member-gu Seoul Building in Ansan-si; and (b) was in the time, the Defendant, upon receiving a report from 112, tried to listen to the statements of the police officer G belonging to the police station of the Ansan-gu Police Station of the Republic of Korea Police Station of the Republic of Korea, who called “Sari, governance,” and boomed the G’s shoulder, boomed the G’s shoulder, boomed it into the body, and boomed the police officer affiliated with the police box to arrest the Defendant in the act of violence and interference with the performance of official duties, and assaulted the H’s left part by his own hand at one time.
