Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 25, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (influence of public places) committed intrusion on the said public toilets with a view to photographing the appearance of women, who are considered to be melted in the fiveth floor of the beer warehouse in the Gu C building, in front of the beer warehouse, during the period of massing around November 16:30.
