A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 2015, the Defendant violated the Narcotics Control Act due to the cultivation of marijuana (mariju) received 5 to 10 seeds of the hemp plant from the public prosecution and other F, on the front side of the office “E” office operated by the Defendant located in D at the Southern-si, Namyang-si, on May 2015 or on June 6, 2015, even though he is not a narcotics handler, and cultivated 1 mariju by giving the said seeds to the chemical parts located in the above office and giving water to the police officer during November 2015.

2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. Due to Smoking;

A. On August 10, 2015, around 04:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting in the hemp pipe the influent amount of marijuana into the influent area not exceeding Gangwon-do human resource group.

B. On January 4, 2016, around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) parked on the front line of the “E” office, such as the foregoing paragraph 1.00; (b) smoked marijuana by inserting the incombustible marijuana into the pipe for marijuana by inserting it in the vehicle for the Defendant’s 5 boarding.

On January 10, 2016, at around 21:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting in a pipe a large quantity of marijuana at the same place as the above 2.B.

3. Around January 12, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. by Possession of mariju (mariju) possessed 52.1gg of mariju at the Defendant’s house at the Defendant’s house 102, Namyang-si, and possessed 5.1g of mariju from the Defendant’s vehicle parked in his front, and possessed 37g of mariju in the “E” office such as the foregoing 1, and possessed 94.2g of 94.2g in total.
