A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On May 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) 08:10 to 08:30 on May 6, 2018, 2018, within a soup room called “C” located in YY-gu B, YY-gu, YY-si; (b) cut off the victim’s bucks about 5 to 6 times; and (c) turned out the victim’s eye.

피고인은 다시 수면실 안으로 들어와서 피해자 옆에 누운 다음 발로 피해자의 허벅지를 2, 3회 툭툭 치고 피해자가 반응이 없자 피고인의 성기를 피해자의 허벅지에 대고 6, 7회 정도 비볐고, 피해자가 잠에서 깨자 다시 수면실 밖으로 나갔다.

피고인은 다시 수면실 안으로 돌아와 피해자 옆에 누워 피해자의 허벅지를 5, 6회 툭툭 치고 피해자가 반응이 없자 피고인의 성기를 피해자의 허벅지에 대고 4, 5회 정도 비볐다.
