Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From 08:20 on June 16, 2013 to 08:40, the Defendant: (a) opened the victim F in the E-city bus operated from the latter part of the Gwangju Mine to D elementary school located in Gwangjubuk-gu, Gwangju, with the victim F (n, 22 years of age) seated in the back seat; and (b) opened on the side to the back seat, and (c) opened on the side, “this bus will come to the G market. It is several sibs of the previous bus. The sibs of the previous city are several sibs. The sibs of the vehicle coming from the previous city are located in several cities.” On the other hand, the Defendant sawd the victim’s buckbuck in his hand, buck off the victim’s bucks, put the victim’s bucks into the victim’s bucks, and committed an indecent act by inserting the victim’s buck.

Where a conviction becomes final and conclusive against a defendant who has registered personal information of this case under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act, the defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information under Article 42(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes, and the defendant is obligated to submit personal information to a related agency pursuant to Article 43 of the above Act.
However, in light of the fact that the defendant has no criminal record of the same kind and is against the crime of this case, there is a special reason to not disclose personal information. Thus, the court does not issue an order to disclose registered information under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes and the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse
