A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, using the mixed situation of the subway during the time limit of attendance, was willing to commit an indecent act against the unspecified women on the subway in a non-fluorous manner by closely sticking her sexual flag to her macking her butt.

1. On July 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) reported that the victim C (n, 32 years of age) is going to the passage in the front line of the Busan subway Line 1, which passed near the subway station located in the city of the Busan East-gu; and (b) committed an indecent act by unbrupting the victim’s sexual part after the victim’s macks the victim’s her butther part of his or her sexual flag in the middle line of the Busan subway Line 1.

2. On September 7, 2015, the Defendant: (a) reported the fact that the said victim C was in a passage within the train of Busan subway No. 1, which passed through the same place as Paragraph (1) on September 7, 2015; and (b) committed an indecent act by making the victim’s sexual part of his sexual flag close together with the victim’s her tamp, thereby committing an indecent act in a secret way.

3. On September 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around September 08:17, 2015, around the viewing station located in the center of the city of Busan, Busan, the Defendant committed an indecent act by making the victim’s sexual organ part of 20th female victim, who was in the name fluencing of black and South color fluor within the front line of the Busan, subway 1, which passed through the front line of the train of the Busan, and by making the victim’s sexual organ part unfolded with his/her her inner organ part above,

4. On September 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around September 08:35, 2015, the Defendant: (b) reported that the victim D (n, 28 years of age) is going on the passage in the front line of the Busan subway 1 line; and (c) committed an indecent act by unbrupting the victim’s sexual part of his sexual flag with his her m/ her meast being pushed on the part of the victim, such as the victim.

5. On September 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) reported that the victim E (here, 18 years old) is going on a passage in the front line of the Busan subway Line 1, which passed through the Busan subway Station located in the city of the Dong-gu, Busan on September 9, 2015; and (b) attached the victim’s sexual flag to the front line.
