A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 13, 2016, around 08:00 on January 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) Dobong-ro 484, Dobong-ro, Dobong-gu, Seoul; (b) Dophee-dong 1, Jung-gu, Seoul, and Dophee-dong 1, up to the 194 East-gu Cultural Park Station; (c) Dop-dong 1, Jung-gu, Seoul, Dophee-dong 1, was pushed back after the victim C (n, 26 years old); and (d) Dop-dong 1, which caused the victim’s sexual organ to be left above, and Dop-dong 26 years old; and (d) Dop-dong 1, by means of means

On March 14, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime on March 14, 2016: (a) around 08:17, the Defendant: (b) around the subway No. 4’s subway No. 1744; (c) she saw sexual humiliation against the victim D (n, 22 years of age) who was suffering from shorter frights within the electric train that passed through the said subway No. 4 line; and (d) she saw her body as her hand, she she shums his body, and contacted the victim’s body part above the body of the victim.

In this regard, the victims were indecently committed in the previous car with concentration of the general public.
