1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 52,630,400 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 23, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking into account the facts of recognition and the purport of the entire arguments in the evidence Nos. 1 and 2 of the judgment, the Plaintiff is obligated to pay to the Defendant damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from June 23, 2015 to June 5, 2015, since it can be acknowledged that the Defendant did not pay the amount of KRW 52,630,40 with the amount of unpaid goods, and the amount of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as stipulated by the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, etc., from June 23, 2015 to the date the copy of the complaint of this case is served.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
