The special appeal shall be dismissed.

Reasons

The Supreme Court’s ruling or order cannot again file a special complaint with the Supreme Court (see Supreme Court Order 63Da28, Aug. 31, 1963). The instant special complaint is dismissed as unlawful. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating judges.
