1. Purport of claim
The defendants jointly pay to the plaintiff 95,00,000 won with 15% interest per annum from the day after the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day of complete payment.
2. Purport of appeal
The part against the Defendants in the judgment of the first instance is revoked, and the Plaintiff’s claim corresponding to the revocation part is dismissed in entirety.
1. Quotation of the first instance judgment
This court's reasons are the same as the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the case of "the conclusion of the second sentence" under the fourth part of the judgment of the court of first instance, and therefore, they are cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. Conclusion
The judgment of the first instance is legitimate, and all appeals by the defendants are dismissed.
