2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The defendant is a regional forestry cooperative established under the Forestry Cooperatives Act for the purpose of credit business for its members. The plaintiff joined on June 9, 1994 as the defendant's member and maintains its membership until now.

B. On May 2, 1962 under the Forestry Act enacted by Act No. 881 of Dec. 27, 1961, the Defendant obtained authorization for the establishment of the National Forestry Cooperatives of the Sungsung-gun on May 2, 1962, and changed the name into the National Forestry Cooperatives Act (amended by Act No. 4556 of Jun. 11, 1993) and the articles of incorporation amended accordingly.

However, the Forestry Cooperatives Act was wholly amended on January 21, 200 to the Forestry Cooperatives Act (Act No. 6187, Jan. 21, 200, and was expected to enter into force on May 1, 200, and the president of the National Forestry Cooperatives Federation Jeonnam-do branch of the National Forestry Cooperatives Federation sent to the Defendant a document of “the notice of the enactment of the National Forestry Cooperatives Association’s Articles of Incorporation” on April 27,
