1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

Purport of claim and appeal

The judgment of the first instance shall be revoked. The order of the defendant to return KRW 4,527,540 against the plaintiff on March 5, 2012 and the disposition of additional collection of KRW 4,083,690 against the plaintiff shall be revoked.

Reasons

This court's reasoning is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance. Thus, this court's reasoning is acceptable in accordance with Article 8 (2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
