Reasons

The Defendant appealed to the effect that the lower court’s punishment is heavy. There is no significant change in circumstances to consider the sentencing of the Defendant after the lower judgment. Considering the Defendant’s petition of appeal, the grounds of appeal, and other sentencing factors indicated in the trial records, the lower court’s punishment is heavy even considering the circumstances alleged by the Defendant. The Defendant’s appeal is dismissed without holding any pleadings pursuant to Article 364(5)
