1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

Purport of claim and appeal

The judgment of the first instance shall be revoked. Each disposition of November 24, 2004 and each disposition of February 16, 2005 and the sale decision of March 17, 2005 rendered by the defendant with respect to each real estate listed in the attached list shall be revoked.
