1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
The judgment of the first instance shall be revoked. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 31,420,90 won with 6% per annum from September 3, 2008 to the date of the pronouncement of the judgment of this case, and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment (the plaintiff has reduced its claim as above when it comes to the trial).
