1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 304,512 won with the interest rate of 5% per annum from August 22, 2018 to May 10, 2019, and 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment.
2. The plaintiff's remaining claims are dismissed.
3. The costs of lawsuit shall be ten percent, and three percent shall be borne by the defendant, and the remainder by the plaintiff, respectively.
4. Paragraph 1 can be provisionally executed.
The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 1,015,040 won with 5% interest per annum from August 22, 2018 to the service date of a copy of the complaint, and 15% interest per annum from the next day to the day of complete payment.
