Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months and by a fine of KRW 500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

As of July 29, 2010, the Defendant: (a) was a person who does not have certain occupation, income, or assets, and was in arrears with a debt of KRW 7,1360,000 to the Busan Credit Guarantee Foundation; (b) was in arrears with a debt of KRW 1,5190,000 for 1,5190 for Hamenan, Busan Urban Gas, and Cream; and (c) was in arrears with a credit rating of KRW 9-10,000 for 1,5190,000,000 for 1,510; and (d) was not good under economic circumstances, such as the restriction

On May 16, 2013, the Defendant sought from the Plaintiff’s G 102 Dong 3201, G 102, and 3201 of the Victim F’s G 108 of the Busan Shipping Daegu D Co., Ltd., and entered into a contract to renew the contract with the Defendant at KRW 1,50,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won.

However, the defendant did not need the house for the extension guidance of his father and wife, but required the dwelling of the defendant's family and the 4 miless to live together with his family, and there was no intention or ability to pay the deposit or monthly income due to the lack of economic circumstances.
