The sentence against the accused shall be seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On October 1, 2010, the Defendant, at the Gwangju District Court, issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act ( sound driving), and at the same court on the 22th day of the same month, received each notification of a summary order of KRW 2.5 million as a fine for the same crime. On August 24, 2014, the Defendant driven a DK7 car from the direction of the hospital located in the same district of Gwangju, Seo-gu to the front day of the Gu New Abuse School located in the same district of Gwangju on the day from the front day of the hospital of Korea to the front day of the Gu New Abuse School located in the same district of Gwangju on the same day.
